What you need to do:

  1. Log in using yourcurrent online banking username.
  2. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the migration process [confirm youridentity through a code that will be sentto the email or phone number you have in the core].
  3. If youruser is available on Blossom, youcan keep the @you username, but you will need to set a new password and verify/update some general information.

The enhanced online banking platform uses the @You as your login name. This must be a unique username for all users. You can try a different name or modify the @You to be unique to you.

If you had previously established automatic transfers between your Freedom accounts within online banking, you don’t need to re-enter them in the new online banking system. They were migrated.

Yes, log in to your online banking and select the account you would like to have an alert for. Click “Account Options” from the navigation drop-down and select “Account Alerts.” From here, you can create, modify, or cancel various Account Alert options.

From the main page after you log in, select “Move Money” then select “Send Money” and follow the prompts to Add a Recipient

From the main page after you log in, select “Organize Accounts”. You can use the slider to turn viewing on or off for selected accounts, and you can also drag and drop accounts in the specific order that you would like to see.

If you are using an iPhone, you will need to download the new app from the App Store. If you are using an Android, you will need to delete the current app, then download the new mobile banking app from Google Play

Yes, your scheduled payments will still process. We encourage that you log in and verify that all payments continue to process as you would like, including payment dates and amounts that have been established previously.
