Each month you are entitled to 6 balance inquiries over the phone at no charge.  Each inquiry over the phone thereafter will incur a charge of $1.  Want to check your balances any time you want and avoid costs? Sign up for free E-services today, and don’t forget to ask about our mobile app!

Important Notice: Night Drop
Deposits received in the night drop are posted when the Credit Union opens at 9am for the current business day. All returns are completed by the data processor prior to opening.  We will no longer refund NSF fees unless caused by a Credit Union error. Be sure the funds are available in your account before writing checks.

Don’t be a Victim
Most times, fraudulent activity on a card is no fault of the cardholder.  Usually this is outside of one’s power.  However, in some cases, you can help to keep your cards and accounts safe.  We suggest doing a few things:

  • Monitor your account – notify your credit union as soon as you can if you discover unusual or unauthorized activity.
  • Notify your credit union of any new addresses. If there is a large potential compromise, you run the risk of losing access to your card and not receiving a new card if one is issued.
  • Update your cellphone number – this allows the fraud department to contact you directly in the case of suspicious activity.

Are You Travelling this Summer?
If you plan to travel this summer and you will be leaving the state or making large or unusual purchases, please notify your credit union.  Visa’s fraud department looks for these types of transactions and may flag your card.  By notifying us of your travel dates or requesting a temporary limit increase, we can help keep your card open and available without interruption.
